“I realized my passion + creativity

were being called in a new direction. actively seeking change + exploration…to serve + support others in finding their flow,

stepping into their own

peace

+ power, too.”

reflection, expansion + elevation through movement + meditation. eliminating “I’m fine” as
an answer option.

Originally from Virginia Beach, I began my journey in Los Angeles in 2008 dabbling in various creative endeavors such as styling, content producing + directing, brand development + creative consulting. After years of clawing my way through an industry I no longer felt connected to, I realized my passion + creativity were being called in a new direction.

As the pandemic hit early 2020, I was actively seeking change + exploration. So in the midst of our world locking down, I set out on a new path. To go internal + introspective, to fall in love with myself, to heal old stories + explore multiple modalities to serve + support others in finding their flow + wellness, and step into their own sense of peace + power.

Inspired + coached by well-renowned badass goddess of a teacher, my mentor Ashley Shubert, I studied: Power Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Neurolinguistic Programing + the art of Coaching. I also pursued attunement + certification in Reiki, a hands-on healing approach to clear blocked energy + balance chakras.

My mission as a practitioner is to provide physical movement as a method of both fitness + mental wellness. To present a safe space for showing up, being seen, busting through boundaries + playing full-out.

To procure ritualistic whole-self-care that isn’t just a check off an on-going to-do list but instead, enlivens + empowers. To support finding fearlessness by shattering limiting or inhibiting beliefs, physical + mental. To shake shit up, to normalize ‘weirdness’.

To embolden release. To embrace duality. To evoke knowingness, confidence, + strength. To deepen personal connection with the polarizing sides of oneself.  To encourage seeking. To energize + liberate.

This is the Modus Operandi (M.O) of my classes - an opportunity to move intensely, feel fiercely, to embrace individuality, to be exactly where you are while simultaneously feeling momentous in your day-to-day. Each moment is an opportunity to shift + decide to do it, whatever ‘it’ is, passionately. Every day is distinctive. Each person, divergent.

So for today, whats your M.O.?
